Reagan R. Maiquez is a Melbourne-based Filipino poet, playwright, and academic. He completed his PhD at Monash University, and has taught at the University of the Philippines at Los Baños. In 2018, he was working with migrant communities in the western suburbs of Melbourne, as part of the Advance League of Peoples’ Artists (ALPA – Melbourne). His first collection of poetry, Ilang Sandali Makalipas ang Huling Araw ng Mundo (A Few Minutes After the Last Day on Earth) is due for publication by the University of the Philippines Press (publication date unknown).
