Patricia Cameron was co-founder of the Tasmanian Regional Aboriginal Community Alliance and the Melythina Tiakana Warana Aboriginal Corporation as well as being the first Tasmanian representative on the National Aboriginal Education Committee. (Source : Koori Mail 14 June 2017)
