Many of the Exhibitions on the AACLAP homepage provide resources that are suitable for upper primary and secondary school students as well as research students. This Exhibition draws together picture books that deal with issues related to Asian-Australian themes which will appeal to younger children. However, some of the picture books have more written text than usual for picture books so may be better suited to 7 and 8 year olds rather than 5 and 6 year olds.
