BiographyHistory

Alexis Lateef is a West Australian writer. She studied English at The University of Western Australia, and has worked as a tutor, editor and bookseller. Her poetry has appeared in Westerly, Australian Poetry Journal, Southerly, Australian Book Review, Cordite, Island and in other places. In 2016, she appeared as a guest at the Perth International Writers' Festival, and was selected for the Westerly Writer Development Program. She has been editor of the West Australian journal Writ Poetry Review.
