Description
This unit extends students' knowledge of curriculum, pedagogy, and the design of learning towards specific applications for language and literacy development in the primary school. Students are introduced to techniques for programming the teaching of written and multimodal texts to address relevant curriculum outcomes. Students apply knowledge about text types and grammar relevant to the primary school curriculum through a text-based literacy pedagogy.
