In this course you will examine the relationship between the world of your story - documentary or fiction - and the medium used to deliver it to an audience.

You will explore narrative concepts such as character, plot, audience and genre. You will use these to shape the style and content of your own story material. You will also examine various forms of media presentation, from silent movie to the novel, reality TV, documentary, computer games and 3D virtual worlds. You will explore the question: How might different media tools shape the style and content of your story material?
