Through this course, students will revisit some of the material, ideas, concepts and issues to which they have been introduced in preceding courses, reading extensively, exploring new ideas, investigating authors not previously read, and extending their skills in analysing texts and writing creatively in order to communicate to a range of audiences. Students will read, research, write and present within a community of scholars and writing practitioners with similar aims and interests, in order to develop their professional competencies within the field of English and Creative Writing.
