BiographyHistory

Julia Lawrinson grew up in Perth, where she was a member of the WA Youth Theatre Company and later toured with comedy group Viable Options.

She studied English and Comparative Literature and History at university, completing a Graduate Diploma in Education. In 2004, she was awarded a Doctor of Philosophy from Edith Cowan University. She also holds a Bachelor of Laws with Distinction.
