BiographyHistory

Kate Temple has written several children's titles, two screenplays and an episode of Two and a Half Men with her partner Jol.

Their best-known works are the Captain Jimmy Cook books, in which a young boy longs to be an explorer. They are ambassadors for Raising Literacy Australia.

They have lived in Sydney, San Francisco and Venice Beach. In 2018, they were living in Sydney.
