BiographyHistory

Alix Beane is a television script-writer and occasional script editor.

Her earliest scripts were for Australia-New Zealand co-production for young adults, Holly's Heroes. This work was followed by other programs for young-adult audiences, including scripts for Snake Tales and Wicked Science.

Beane also writes scripts for programs geared towards adult audiences, including episodes of soap-opera Neighbours, star-crossed flatmates comedy Marx and Venus, and police procedural City Homicide.

Her most recent scripts have been for Winners & Losers.

Beane also worked as the script editor on City Homicide between 2009 and 2010.
