Television producer and script-writer.

As a student, Anthony Watt participated in the Melbourne University Revue, before beginning work as a script writer on sketch-comedy program Full Frontal in 1994. His credits throughout the 1990s and early 2000s focused largely on sketch comedies, including Get a Life (1997), for which he was also script editor; Something Stupid (1998); The Late Report (1999); Sit Down, Shut Up (2000); Comedy Inc. (2003); and Hamish & Andy (2004).

In 2000, however, Watt also began writing scripts for children's television, focusing on comedy and almost always writing for animated programs. His credits in this area include scripts for children's puppet show Li'l Horrors (2000) and live-action teen comedy Snake Tales (2009), as well as a number of animated programs: Quads! (2001-2002), The Shapies (2002), Fairy Tale Police Department (2002), Staines Down Drains (2006), Dogstar (2007), Master Raindrop (2008), and Gasp! (2008).

Other programs for which Watt has contributed scripts include crime drama Stingers (2001), travel documentary Island Life (2002), and comedic whodunnit Sleuth 101 (2010).

Watt is also an experienced television producer, beginning with Get a Life in 1997. He followed this with work as a producer on Full Frontal, The Late Report, Comedy Inc., Hamish & Andy, Sleuth 101, Between the Lines (2011), and Spicks & Specks (2005-2011), for which he was both producer and series developer.
