'John Frow was Regius Professor of Rhetoric and English Literature at the University of Edinburgh and Director of the Institute for Advanced Studies in the Humanities 2000-2004. He has worked on a project on the moral economies of everyday life, and on another on cultural memory; he has a broad interest in questions of intellectual property and the public domain, and in contemporary cultural and critical theory.'
