BiographyHistory

Playwright and actor Eric Scott began his career as a journalist in Nottingham, England, as a news reporter. He began writing theatre and movie reviews in the 1960s, working for TV Times magazine. After moving to Australia he worked for TV Times and TV Week magazines in Melbourne. Scot moved to Brisbane in 1982, and began acting and writing for the stage in 1985. He also became a theatre critic for the Catholic Leader, the Westender and Suzie G's Web Page. By 2007 he was presenting a weekly spot on radio station 4EB FM98.
