BiographyHistory

John Graham is descended from Kombumeri (Gold Coast) and Waka Waka (Gayndah) people, as well as having Irish, Scottish and English heritage. He grew up in Brisbane and lived in South Australia, Western Australia and Far North Queensland before settling on the Gold Coast. As well as writing poetry, he is an artist and a musician, and has been second place winner of the Gold Coast Great Guitars competition. He has also worked as labourer, a surveyor and a map maker.
