BiographyHistory

Leonie Young's father was a publisher, and her mother was an enthusiastic story teller. Young wanted to tell her own children true stories from history, and that is why she wrote her first history book for children, I Wish I'd Sailed with Captain Cook. She has lived at Narrabeen Beach in NSW.
