BiographyHistory

Founded in 1942, Addison-Wesley gradually expanded buying US science publisher W.A. Benjamin in 1970 , merging with Cummings in 1977 and acquiring Cuisenaire Company in 1990. In 1995 Addison-Wesley merged with Longman Publishing to create Addison Wesley Longman .
