BiographyHistory

Tricia Dearborn grew up in Bathurst moving to Sydney to go to university where she graduated with an Honours degree in Biochemistry and a Master of Arts. She has worked in science and in publishing. Dearborn was a founding member of the Sydney writers' group 'outWriters' (1994-2000). In 1998, she was selected as one of the 'mentees' for the inaugural Varuna Residential Mentorship for Poetry. She was selected for the 2003 Poets on Wheels tour. Her poems and short stories have appeared in literary journals and anthologies in Australia, the UK, the US and India.
