- World premiere produced by Playbox Theatre in collaboration with the State Theatre Company of South Australia at the Merlyn Theatre, Malthouse, Melbourne from 30 May-21 June 2003. Director: Aubrey Mellor.
- Also read in NewYork on the 10th October 2003 as part of the 'Freedom Follies' readings held by the Theatres Against War movement.
- Broadcast in four weekly parts on ABC Radio National's Airplay, beginning on 26 November 2006.
