Notes

  • Editor's note: To have a child review books for children is rather a novelty, but one of which readers have expressed appreciation. These notes should help mothers, fathers, aunts and uncles in their selection of books for gifts, for, although entirely unedited, the recommendations are sound.
  • Also mentions many annuals for children including Ginger Meggs' Annual, Mickey Mouse Annual and Tiny Tots.
  • Includes photographs of Mary Grant Bruce, Ethel Turner and Isabel Maude Peacocke and photographs or sketches of some of the annuals recommended.
