'The production itself developed from a ten-week partnership between Backbone Youth Arts, Breakthrough (a youth development organization that works predominantly with Pacific Islander communities) and Visible Ink youth space in Zillmere. Brisbane playwright Shaun Charles wrote the script in collaboration with the group that developed through this partnership and the plot centres on the fate of an island in the Pacific. The two tribes of the island are warring because the effects of global warming have meant that there are not enough resources to sustain both groups. Into this conflict falls (literally) international entrepreneur Richard Sunderland who sees the money-making potential of this undiscovered paradise and sets about building a resort on the island.'
