AbstractHistoryArchive Description

This play is based on real interviews with seven Australian women aged between 55-85, from different cultural backgrounds stranded overnight in the Darebin area, after the floods of 2003 - Irish, Italian, Greek, Turkish, Chinese, English and Australian backgrounds.

  • Produced at the Carlton Courthouse, 349 Drummond Street, Carlton, 25 February - 14 March 2009, with an extra breakfast show with free croissants on International Women's Day on Sunday, 8 March 2009 at 11.00am. Director: Lynne Ellis.
