A short story involving Lester and Frankie (two Aboriginal cousins) and Lionel (a European boy), from the same district in rural West Australia, who go off to war and find themselves in the hell of Fromelles. A story of the horror and madness of war, and it's impact on the lives of those who returned. A story of a community torn by racial divide.
