History
The New South Wales Bookstall Literary Competition for short stories and humorous verse was promoted by A. C. Rowlandson of the New South Wales Bookstall Company. Contribution included writers from Australia and New Zealand. The total prize money was £48 and winning entries were published in the annual Rowlandson's Success.
