These awards are offered by the Glen Eira City Council and held as part of the Glen Eira Storytelling Festival.

Annual award which includes the following sections: 'My Brother Jack' Short Story Award, Short Script/Play Award and the Eastend Booksellers Local Short Story Award. There are also Youth Awards for short story and poetry.
The awards are sponsored by the Caulfield RSL.
