Students who have completed EGL122 can develop their skills through a more extended creative prose writing project. The EGL220 readings further extend students' awareness of the range of traditional and experimental narratives and writers' techniques. The unit broadens students' understanding of processes involved in writing creatively, approaches to research for creative writing, and further consideration of form and structure. Workshops will assist students in the transformation, development and crafting of their ideas to engage readers effectively.
