'Twelve-year-old identical twins Dru and Kal are just like any other Australian boys living in Sydney in their first year of high school. Their parents are second generation Indian Australians and have embraced everything the country has to offer. But after a government-sponsored dental check-up, in which Kal is seen twice so that his twin, who has a crippling fear of dentists, can avoid another fainting episode, the Australian dream starts to unravel. The boys discover that a mysterious electronic device has been inserted into Kal twice, while Dru remains device-free and, therefore, undetectable.
