Author's note: This is a translation of a piece I’ve written in Arabic. I don’t usually write in Arabic and because of that it takes me a long time to do so. But I wanted to write this in Arabic because it is an offering and a ‘thank you’ to those Lebanese people who gave me the experience of an uprising while in Lebanon this October 2019.
