A magazine aimed at girls aged seven to twelve, although the editors emphasise that the content in non-gendered. Started by Nicky Shortridge (based in Australia) and Vivien Jones (based in the UK), Kookie publishes both an Australian and a UK edition, with both overlapping and localised content. Most of the content is topical, but the issues also contain fiction.
