  • Author's note: Written in response to: the announcement of a curfew in Victoria, July 2020, an event with historical and, contemporary resonances for black communities the move by the Mutitjulu community to blockade the entry to Uluru after a flight from the declared coronavirus hotspot of Meanjin arrived at the nearby Yulara airport on August 3, and the ongoing removal of children from their families
