Notes

  • There is some debate in sources as to whether this film is a loose adaptation of O'Sullivan's play (and another of his plays, Keane of Kalgoorlie, was adapted to the screen) or whether the similarity in titles is a coincidence. O'Sullivan's play does include a number of incidents involving bushrangers and blackmail that do not seem to be included in the film.
