'Belinda is one of the popular bachelor girls called on when guest lists are made up for Washington, D.C. parties. But beneath her gaiety, Belinda fears a life of loneliness, for she has frightened away suitors by her eagerness to marry. Then her friend Bunny introduces Belinda to handsome Jack Marshall.'
