'Combining storytelling, installation and great food, five remarkable Asian-Australians share dishes of special significance to their lives, and reveal the moving, humorous and provocative stories behind them. Audiences will have the opportunity to taste dishes while listening first hand to the experiences that inspired them.

'Featuring some of Australia’s most inventive artists and cooks such as Pauline Nguyen (Secrets of the Red Lantern) and Indira Naidoo (Australian Gourmet Traveller, The Edible Balcony), The Serpent’s Table is a communal celebration of the cultural and culinary richness of Sydney.'
