- Filmed in the Mulgoa district and the foothills of the Blue Mountains.
- Contemporary newspaper reports indicated that 'Owing to the drought, the whole district teemed with sheep, cattle, and horses, which had been brought in from the back country to grace along the Nepean River territory; so Mr. Beaumont Smith had the back-blocks brought to him instead of having to go to the devastated back-blocks themselves.'
