J. Richard Wrigley is a Yorkshire-born Australian poet who has serially quit Shropshire, Merseyside and Edinburgh – where he trained as a registered nurse – and New Zealand, crossing the Tasman in 1993. He has now retired to write in Carlton, with a view, on clear days, of the Yarra Ranges. The Weekend Australian has published three of his poems, and has accepted two more [still to appear]. Other work of his has appeared in sundry Australasian publications. His first collection, Honeycomb & Diamonds, was published by Ginninderra Press in 2017.
