BiographyHistory

Anne Drysdale sailed from Scotland, United Kingdom, to Port Philip, Victoria in 1839. After arriving in Victoria, she took up land and with Caroline Newcomb (q.v.) established a successful pastoral business in the Bellarine Peninsula.

Anne Drysdale recorded a detailed account of domestic and farming life in her diaries.
