BiographyHistory

Ken Chan grew up Sydney, became a diplomat, Administrator of the Cocos (Keeling) Islands and a member of the Refugee Review Tribunal. He was awarded a doctorate from the University of Canberra in 2006. [Source: Growing Up Asian in Australia, p. 343]
