BiographyHistory

Harry Saunders was the younger brother of Captain Reg Saunders, MBE. Harry Saunders lied about his age and enlisted on the 29 May 1940 at 17. He was assigned to the 2/14 Infantry Battalion. Harry Saunders was was killed in action in Gona, New Guinea.
