BiographyHistory

'Phillip Bell's parents were of Dulungbara (Fraser Island) and Jugera (south east Queensland) descent respectively. He served in the armed forces for 20 years from 1967, and has since worked in the Public Service in positions mainly related to Indigenous Affairs.'
