BiographyHistory

Australian cartoonist, illustrator and toy designer.

A long-term participant in Australia's underground comic-book scene, Dillon Naylor also produced a number of posters for rock bands, from indie Melbourne acts to international acts such as The Beastie Boys.

His comic strip 'Batrisha the Vampire Girl' ran for many years in children's magazine K-Zone, and spawned two books in the early 2000s. Other children's comic strips include Rock 'n' Roll Fairies (in magazine Total Girl) and Camilla and Mike (in education magazine Challenge).

He also produced the long-running comic strip Da 'n' Dill, which appeared in the Sun-Herald (2001-2008), as well as being included as an insert in showbags: Milk Shadow Books' compilation of the strips is called Da 'n' Dill - The Showbag Years.
