BiographyHistory

Founded in Ashland, Oregon (USA) in 1987 by Craig and Michelle Black, Blackstone Audio is the largest independent audiobook company in America today. Unlike most audiobook publishers, Blackstone is not a part of a larger corporation and is still owned and run by its founders.

In 2015, they launched into published print books and ebooks as well as audiobooks, and renamed the company Blackstone Publishing.
