BiographyHistory

Daisy Fry was born at Mt Gambier and educated at the Convent of Mercy. She has written children's stories for the Evening Journal and The Chronicle.

Fry has given radio talks on the early days of the south east of South Australia, on pioneering women and on historic buildings of Adelaide and was the author of local histories of the south east, including the town of Keith.
