BiographyHistory

Babette Smith also wrote Coming Up for Air: The History of the Asthma Foundation of New South Wales (2003). She edited the New South Wales Barristers Directory 1994 (1994) and the 1997/98 edition of that directory. In 2005 she chaired the Blackheath Philosophy Forum, and has worked as a mediator of disputes in family law, workplace, health, and private business matters. She has also been a member of the mediation panel of the Supreme Court of New South Wales and has worked with the Legal Aid Commission of New South Wales.
