Born in Hungary in 1932, artist and illustrator Suzanne Dolesch studied at the Art Gymnasium and the Fine Arts Academy in Budapest. She left Hungary in 1956 and spent the next 14 years in Canada and America, where she worked as an artist and an illustrator. Her commissions included a mural for the Ontario Pavilion at Expo 67, and murals and tapestries for many large American corporations. She arrived in Australia in 1970 and has held several successful exhibitions.
