BiographyHistory

After migrating to Australia and settling in Brisbane, Greder worked as a graphic designer. From 1978 to 1998 he taught design and illustration at the Queensland College of Art, Brisbane. He worked on his picture books in between teaching. In 2000 he moved back to Switzerland to live and work. His art reflects his European background and charcoal often features in his work. As of 2017, he was based in Peru.
