BiographyHistory

Following the dissolution of her partnership with John Calder in Calder and Boyers in 1975, Marion Boyars took a share of the publishing list of the partnership and established her own publishing company. She continued as an adventurous and sometimes controversial independent publisher, publishing a small predominantly fiction list.
