BiographyHistory

'Roger Higgins was born in Queensland and has lived and worked in Chile, Papua New Guinea, Scotland and the United States of America, as well as several locations in Australia. Roger is a civil engineer with a MSc from the University of Aberdeen and a PhD from the University of New South Wales.' (Source : Friendly Street New Poets 13)
