BiographyHistory

Cedric Baxter migrated to Australia with his parents in 1946, following the second world war. He studied at the Perth Technical College and worked as a graphic artist and cartoonist for Western Australian newspapers for thirty years. Baxter also lectured at various Perth Technical schools.
