1 2 Open for Inspection! The Real Estate Musical Tim Bosanquet , Lucy Egger (composer), 2010 single work musical theatre humour 'At last! The musical Sydney’s been waiting for. A show devoted to the city’s number one obsession – the property market. With wonderfully catchy songs written by Lucy Egger, this fun, black comedy explores the dark world of real estate. It’s the story of two, ruthless, rival agencies and the extreme lengths they go to – to literally make a killing. From black SUVS to the spiky, hedgehog hair this show goes deep into the scary, cutthroat real estate industry. It’s a place where deceased estates take on a sinister meaning and where renters live on the very bottom of the property pyramid.' Source: www.darlinghursttheatre.com/ (Sighted 28/09/2010).
1 3 City For Sale Tim Bosanquet , 2007 single work drama satire

'Set sometime in the not too distant future, Sydney has become a feudal system where the only people with citizenship rights are those who own property in trendy and slick inner city suburbs. In this brave new greedy world, instead of a government, Sydney is now run by a, scary organisation called The Mortgage Council. Everyone's desperate to crack the property market but get ready to sell your soul, your grandmother and anything else you might have. Two rival real estate agencies, Caroline van der Grooet (a South African expat with a shady past) and Joan Churchill (a chic Double Bay agent) have been bitter enemies for years. It's a fight for survival where the winner claims the domain and the loser will have to succumb to a life of renting in the boondocks. "City For Sale" is a very funny look at the Sydney property market, the tricks, the billboards and the minuscule harbour glimpses.' Source: www.darlinghursttheatre.com.(Sighted 26/03/2007).

1 1 Meet the Candidates Tim Bosanquet , 2005 single work drama satire 'Meet The Candidates follows three different candidates (Labor, Liberal and Independent) as they tussle over a marginal seat in a state election. The money, the manoeuvering, the mud-slinging, and of course the men and women who make it all happen are exposed, as a political machine in full-swing suffers from a little too much lubrication over a series of events at pubs and clubs in the suburban heartland.' http://www.darlinghursttheatre.com/3.html (Sighted 22/06/05)
