BiographyHistory

Eric Nave reached the rank of Commander in the Royal Australian Navy (RAN). He joined the RAN in 1917 and, after the end of WWI, became a Japanese language specialist. Nave worked during WW2 in intelligence roles in joint operations with British and US forces. Upon discharge in March 1949 Nave joined ASIO.
