  • This poem, in Sicilian dialect, was written in Innisfail in 1932. It was published, with an Italian translation by Gaetano Rando, in 'L'insegnamento dell'Italiano in Australia', by Giovanni Andreoni and Gaetano Rando, in Le relazioni tra l'Italia, l'Australia e La Nuova Zelanda (Rome: Il Veltro, 1973, Vol. 17), p. 344.
